Select by span, height, crane requirement and roof pitch. Each frame can be bolt-connected or welded, with hinge or rigid knee joints.

Uniform cross section beam-column, local haunching at node. Various changed slopes of bedding plant pitch, apply to smaller span construction. Heel can be hinge joint, also may be rigid connection.

H Beam (H-section Steel)

Steel plate cut to precise dimensions by multi-head CNC machine

② H Beam Assembling

Web and flanges assembled by T-tape tacking before full welding

③ H Steel Ganty Welding

Submerged arc welding (SAW) for full penetration, NDT-verified joints

④ Flange Straightened

H-steel flanges precision-rectified to dimensional tolerance
