PUR

Polyurethane Core

VIKKINS’ PUR production line is equipped with an advanced six-component multi-injection foaming system and automated controls from Siemens. The system adjusts in real time based on ambient temperature to ensure consistent panel quality.

Our PUR panels feature high strength, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness — ideal for modern insulated building applications.

PIR

Polyisocyanurate Core

PIR panels developed by VIKKINS are produced with an enhanced formulation using excess isocyanate and a high isocyanate index, creating a compact cross-linked structure. The result: greater thermal stability and fire resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 250 °C for short periods.

PIR foam offers low flammability (B1 grade or above), excellent resistance to flame penetration, smoke toxicity, and deformation. Compared to standard PUR foam, PIR panels deliver superior thermal performance, better fire resistance and lower smoke emissions — ideal for high-standard insulation applications.

Buildings demanding insulation, fire safety and hygiene

01

Cold Storage & Freezer Rooms

Excellent thermal insulation and vapor sealing for facilities holding −30 °C interiors with zero condensation through the envelope.

02

Food & Pharma Processing

Hygienic, easy-to-clean PE/PVDF surfaces compatible with GMP environments. Closed cell rate > 97% blocks mold ingress.

03

Industrial & Workshop Roofs

Fast-track installation over portal frames, B1-grade fire rating, and superior soundproofing for noisy production environments.

04

Logistics & Distribution Hubs

Long-span panels (up to 150 mm thick) deliver lower U-values down to 0.20 W/m²K — cuts HVAC running cost across high-bay warehouses.
