The Vikkins Roof System integrates structural purlins, insulation, vapour control and finished metal cladding into a single, tested envelope. Every component is coordinated at design stage so that load paths, thermal bridging and water management are resolved before a single sheet is rolled.

Pre-insulated sandwich panels with EPS, PU, PIR or rock-wool cores.

Pre-painted Galvanized Steel

Concealed-fix aluminium-zinc panels with 360° vertical crimped seams. Zero through-roof fasteners — the weatherline stays sealed for the life of the building.

02 / CORRUGATED STEEL ROOFING PROFILE

Pre-painted Galvanized Steel

Classic corrugated and trapezoidal profile in PPGI or Galvalume. The workhorse of industrial roofing — fast to install, easy to replace, decades of proven performance.

Closed-cell Rigid Foam Core

Pre-insulated polyurethane and PIR panels delivered ready-to-fix. Best-in-class thermal performance per millimetre of thickness — single-pass installation.

Mineral Fibre Core

Non-combustible rock-wool core panels rated A1 for fire performance. Specified for warehouses, plants and public buildings where fire safety is critical.
