Every Vikkins Modular Cold Room is engineered, manufactured, trial-assembled and refrigeration-tested at our production base — then delivered in the format that fits your project: as a flat-pack panel kit with numbered cam-lock panels for self-assembly in any size, or as a fully integrated room that is lifted into place and runs the day it lands.

- Two delivery formats — flat-pack kits for any size; integrated plug-in rooms up to container size.
Cam-lock PU panels (75–200 mm, λ ≤ 0.022 W/m·K) — numbered to the drawing, assembled with a hex key.
Standard size matrix on a 100 mm module — or fully customised footprint, height and layout.
Pre-charged monoblock refrigeration for plug-in start-up — split systems engineered for larger rooms.
Relocatable — demount and re-install a flat-pack room, or lift and move an integrated room whole.

Every room is configured to the product it protects — temperature class, humidity, panel facing and door layout are matched to the sector, never a default.

Deep-freeze and blast-chill rooms for fresh catch, processing plants and port-side storage. Stainless or food-grade facings, drained floors and high-humidity control preserve texture and grade.

0°C to −25°C · Chiller / Freezer

Chiller rooms for carcass hanging and ageing plus freezers for long-term storage. Reinforced ceiling panels accept overhead rail loads; antibacterial facings simplify washdown.

03 / FRUIT · VEGETABLE · FLOWER

High-humidity fresh-keeping rooms that slow respiration and wilting — extending shelf life of produce and cut flowers. Optional controlled-atmosphere (CA) configuration for premium fruit.

GSP-compliant rooms for vaccines, reagents and APIs with dual standby refrigeration, temperature & humidity recording, alarms and remote monitoring — validated, audit-ready cold storage.

Multi-temperature distribution rooms, e-commerce fulfilment cold zones and dock-side buffer stores. Sliding and high-speed doors, rack-ready clear heights for pallet and forklift traffic.

Standard rooms are built on a 100 mm panel module for the shortest lead time; because every room is panel-built, any footprint, height, L-shaped or multi-chamber layout can be produced to order, including rooms erected inside an existing building.

Refrigeration & Control

Monoblock or split condensing unit with Copeland / Bitzer compressor options, digital controller, auto defrost, alarms and optional remote monitoring.

Fit-Out & Documentation
