Permanent formwork that becomes structural reinforcement

Vikkins Floor Deck performs two simultaneous functions: acting as permanent formwork during concrete pouring — eliminating temporary propping in many span conditions — then becoming tensile reinforcement once the concrete cures, forming an efficient composite floor slab. Made from high-strength G550/G410 galvanised steel to ASTM A653 and GB/T 2518, with Z100–Z275 zinc coating on both faces.

Open-rib & closed-rib profiles for every floor system

Floor decking sheets (steel decking, composite floor decking) are made by roll-forming galvanized steel sheets into various profiles such as V, U, trapezoid, or other similar shapes. They mainly serve as permanent formwork, but can also be used for other purposes.
